Around the brick and flint cobbled centrepiece there are five office work units, predominately single storey, ranging from 600 to 3000 square feet in capacity. Some of the units are also interlinked to allow maximum flexibility of floor area. The units have a view into the internal court, and some units also have exterior views over the surrounding countryside and the equestrian activities thereon. All units have access to disabled toilet facilities and a kitchenette area.
